My qualifications as the Youth Program Coordinator:
I became involved with the Brown in 1997. A veteran of Boy Scouting since 1970, I was looking for a unique place to take my scout group for a weekend camp out and ended up on the Brown.

I come from a family where scouting is a way of life. Mom and Dad, as well as my brother, also an Eagle Scout, are all involved. Scoutings ideals are a very valuable experience and we were fortunate to see that. So, as time passes we all continue to aid the growth of America's kids. Not all of them are scouts, but they are all our future! I guess that is what keeps youth development a hot topic in our minds.

I wish to thank you in advance for the opportunity to allow Project Liberty Ship's Staff to help you and your youth group grow!
